1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, entering, or using the golf simulator facility (“Facility”), all customers, guests, participants, spectators, and visitors (“Patrons”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any person who does not agree to these Terms must not use the Facility.
The Facility reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility and Supervision
2.1 Patrons must be at least 18 years old to make bookings.
2.2 Minors under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult.
2.3 The supervising adult accepts responsibility for the conduct and safety of minors in their care.
3. Bookings and Payments
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2 Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.
3.3 Booking times include setup and departure time. Patrons must vacate simulator bays promptly at the end of their session.
3.4 Late arrivals may result in shortened playing time without refund.
3.5 The Facility reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to technical issues, safety concerns, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations made more than [24/48] hours before a booking may qualify for a refund or rescheduling.
4.2 Cancellations made within [24/48] hours of a booking may forfeit deposits or payments.
4.3 No-shows are non-refundable.
4.4 Refunds for technical interruptions or service issues are at the sole discretion of the Facility.
5. Facility Rules and Conduct
5.1 Patrons must behave respectfully toward staff, other patrons, and property.
5.2 Only one person may swing a golf club at a time within a simulator bay.
5.3 Patrons must remain aware of their surroundings before swinging a golf club.
5.4 Running, horseplay, reckless behavior, or misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited.
5.5 Food, drinks, or other items must not be placed near simulator equipment, launch monitors, screens, projectors, computers, or sensors.
5.6 Patrons may only use clean golf clubs and clean golf balls approved by the Facility.
5.7 The Facility reserves the right to remove any Patron without refund for unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior.
6. Alcohol and Intoxication
6.1 Alcohol consumption is permitted only where authorized by the Facility and applicable law.
6.2 Intoxicated persons may be refused entry or removed from the Facility without refund.
6.3 Patrons must not swing clubs while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication, or any substance affecting coordination or judgment.
7. Assumption of Risk
7.1 Patrons acknowledge that participation in golf simulator activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Being struck by golf clubs, balls, or equipment;
Slips, trips, and falls;
Muscle strains or physical injury;
Damage caused by ricocheting golf balls;
Injuries caused by the acts or omissions of other patrons;
Equipment malfunction or misuse.
7.2 Patrons voluntarily assume all risks associated with entering and using the Facility, whether known or unknown.
8. Injury Waiver and Release of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patrons release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Facility, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:
Use of the Facility;
Participation in golf simulator activities;
Use of golf clubs, balls, or other equipment;
Negligence of other patrons;
Equipment failure or malfunction;
Personal injury, illness, disability, or death.
8.2 Patrons understand and agree that they participate entirely at their own risk.
8.3 This waiver applies to all claims, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8.4 Patrons agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Facility from claims brought by third parties arising from the Patron’s conduct, actions, negligence, or misuse of the Facility.
9. Property Damage Liability
9.1 Patrons are financially responsible for any damage caused to:
Simulator screens;
Launch monitors;
Projectors;
Computers and electronic equipment;
Furniture and fixtures;
Golf clubs or rental equipment;
Walls, flooring, windows, or other property.
9.2 Damage caused intentionally, negligently, recklessly, or through failure to follow Facility rules may result in repair or replacement charges.
9.3 The Facility reserves the right to charge the booking party’s saved payment method for repair or replacement costs where legally permitted.
10. Equipment Use
10.1 Patrons use all equipment at their own risk.
10.2 Rental clubs and equipment must be returned in the same condition received, excluding normal wear and tear.
10.3 Patrons must immediately report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff.
10.4 Unauthorized tampering with simulator software, hardware, sensors, or networking equipment is prohibited.
11. Health and Medical Conditions
11.1 Patrons should not participate if they have any medical, physical, or mental condition that may create a risk to themselves or others.
11.2 Patrons acknowledge that the Facility does not provide medical supervision.
11.3 Patrons consent to receiving emergency medical treatment if required, and accept responsibility for associated costs.
12. Personal Property
12.1 Patrons are responsible for safeguarding their own personal belongings.
12.2 The Facility is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
13. Surveillance and Photography
13.1 The Facility may use video surveillance for safety, security, and operational purposes.
13.2 Promotional photographs or videos may occasionally be taken within the Facility. Patrons who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify staff in writing.
14. Force Majeure
The Facility is not liable for failure to perform obligations where caused by events beyond reasonable control, including power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or technical failures.
15. Privacy
15.1 Personal information collected during bookings or facility use will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
15.2 Patron information may be used for booking management, customer support, marketing communications (where permitted), and operational purposes.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Insert Country/Province/State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Jurisdiction].
17. Severability

Agree to be financially responsible for damage caused by themselves or persons under their supervision;
Agree to comply with all Facility rules and staff instructions.
